I, Mike Dunleavy, Governor of the State of Alaska, under the authority of Article III, Sections 1 and 24, of the Alaska Constitution, hereby rescind Administrative Order 329 establishing the first Governor’s Council on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP Council) within The Office of the Governor, and dissolve the MMIP Council established by that Order.
EFFECTIVE DATE
This Order takes effect immediately.
