I, Mike Dunleavy, Governor of the State of Alaska, under the authority of Article III, Sections 1, 23 and 24 of the Alaska Constitution and in accordance with AS 44.17.060 and AS 44.19.145, herein revoke Administrative Order 302 and Administrative Order 308, which reassigned the Administrative Services Director positions to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the Office of the Governor.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION
The Office of the Governor is delegated authority for the overall implementation of this order. Department heads and agency staff are expected to provide their complete cooperation in effecting this reorganization.
TIME FRAMES
The transfer of the Administrative Services Directors is to take effect immediately upon execution of this order. The transfer of any other affected staff will occur as necessary based on coordination between the Director of OMB and Department heads.
RESOURCE ALLOCATION
The Office of the Governor is charged, in cooperation with the Director of OMB, with the responsibility for determining the appropriate allocation and transfer of personal services, travel, contractual, equipment, space, data processing, and any other budgetary resources to ensure the effective implementation of this order.
DURATION
This Order takes effect immediately.
