The Alaska Department of Labor serves, in accordance with Section 125 of the Job Training Partnership Act (P.L. 97-300), as the state agency responsible for the oversight and management of a statewide comprehensive labor market and occupational supply and demand information system,
I find that the designation of the Alaska Department of Labor as the provider of occupational information under the Carl Perkins Act will further promote and enhance the availability of occupational information for education, employment, and training opportunities for residents of the state.

I find that the designation of this committee will promote the use of occupational information for education, employment, and training opportunities for residents of the state.
This order takes effect on October 14, 1985.
DATED at Juneau, Alaska, this14th day of October, 1985.
