Regarding your July 20, 1981, memorandum on the interim transfer
of the responsibility for administration of the coastal management
program to DC&RA, I have prepared a revised administrative
order for the Governor’s signature. The revised order reflects
the decision to RSA funds for the payroll of the staff of OCM
from DC&RA to the Governor’s Office.

This order has been reviewed by both Jim Souby and Lee McAnerney
and has been approved by them as to its content. I believe it
is now in final form for the Governor’s signature.
