I, Mike Dunleavy, Governor of the State of Alaska, under the authority of Article III, Sections 1 and 24 of the State of Alaska Constitution, hereby revoke Administrative Order 358 implementing fiscal restraint and operational efficiencies.
GENERAL APPLICABILITY
This Order applies to all funding sources and all executive branch agencies, including departments boards, commissions, and public corporations (hereafter referred to as “agencies).
EFFECTIVE DATE
This Order takes effect September 21, 2026.
