I, Michael J. Dunleavy, Governor of the State of Alaska, under the authority of Article III, Sections 1 and 24, of the State of Alaska Constitution, and AS 44.77.060 order transfer of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, for administrative purposes only, from the Department of Administration to the Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development. This transfer is necessary for efficient administration and will provide for appropriate and effective performance of administrative functions.
Duration
This Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect until rescinded.
