Governor’s North Star Awards Winners

The Governor’s North Star Awards for International Excellence recognize successful businesses, educational institutions, and organizations that excel in international projects. First established in 1986 as the Governor’s Exporter of the Year Awards, today the Governor’s North Star Awards for International Excellence are presented to honorees for activities as diverse as export of goods or services, investment, tourism, transportation, education, cultural exchange, humanitarian projects, and scientific exchange. Awards are usually made in several categories in any given year, but not necessarily in all categories.
