Proclamations
- Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks advance notice when requesting a proclamation from the Office of the Governor.
- Please submit all proclamation requests via email or U.S. mail using the following contact information:

- A proclamation will be reviewed one month prior to its proposed issue date
- An in-state sponsor must submit a proclamation request.
- The Governor and his office reserve the right to approve or deny proclamation requests. The office also reserves the right to edit any portion of a proclamation they deem necessary. Typically, proclamations are not done for individuals, products, or anything copyrighted or branded. The Governor is unable to endorse an organization, service, or product through a proclamation.
